J Collins Medals Limited was first established in 1981 and is brought to you by Jonathan Collins, ARRC and Susan Collins, full time dealers and researchers in British Decorations and Medals. With fifty years combined experience in buying selling and researching, most items offered for sale are researched by us and are fully guaranteed in all respects, so buy with complete confidence. We offer an immediate money back guarantee on any item sold by us if not completely satisfied for any reason. We undertake research for well established Medal Auction Houses and dealers, our clients include Dix Noonan Webb Ltd, Bonhams and Chelsea Military Antiques. We also sell medals and military items on eBay under Jcollinsmedals, the same guarantees apply.
We offer a commission sale service, the fee for this is 10% of the selling price (minimum fee £15 per item or group), or by negotiation for high value items. All medals sent to us are covered by insurance, items sent to clients are fully covered by our own insurance, we also carry legal, public liability and professional indemnity insurance. No sale no fee except return postage if unsold. All items sent for sale are given the best possible description and 'write up' with clear pictures, gaps in any research can be completed by us to enhance the item. We attend the Mark Carter Military Fairs at Aldershot and Yate, we also attend the Bromley Fair twice a year, and the Britannia Medal Fair once a year, please email for the date of our next fair.
